Hab muy espaciosas pero tal vez con pocos enchufes y un poco antiguo pero arreglado. Bien. La zona de desayuno no es acogedora y la calidad ok pero no al nivel esperado

It is a hotel with an excellent location, however far away from a 5 star in Europe. Bed was extremly soft, impossible to sleep. Noise was high due to constructions near by

Pros: Hotel céntrico, muy bien comunicado, personal muy servicial
Contras: El servicio de wifi es de pago, y muy caro. Hoy en día creo que es un servicio indispensable que debiera dar el hotel gratuitamente.

Great location and pool/spa. Spacious living area but cramped bathroom. Heating not working properly.

Exorbitantly high valet parking price and 1.52 up charge when paying with credit card

Both of these charges are standard for the industry, and regarding the credit card surcharge, there are other payment options for guests who would like to avoid this surcharge.
