Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal muy atento y amable! Solo que no tienen agua caliente.

Muy buenas noches.
Agradecemos su comentario y lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras reservas pero me gustaria que por favor informara un poco más acerca de su estancia ya que normalmente siempre está funcionando el agua caliente en todas las cabañas y habitaciones del Hotel.
Por favor comentar si informó del problema a recepcion y qué respuesta se le dio, ya que como le dije antes, todas las habitaciones y cabañas del complejo poseen el servicio.

Magnificent location-casitas near la piedra

Wonderful views
Publicado el 20 nov. 2018 en HotelsLocated on a crest of a hill is is in a wonderful location. We had beautiful views of the sunset. The check-in was efficient and there were several front desk agents that spoke English. The cabins were decently equipped and had all the basics. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Keep in mind if you don't have your own car it is quite a steep hike up to the hotel. It was easy to get tuk-tuks into Guatape but they wouldn't drive to the top of the hill on the return as they don't have enough power to make it up there.
