الفندق ليس قريب من الحرم كما هو مكتوب حيث لابد من تسلق سلم طويل للغايه للوصول اليه مستوى الخدمة و النظافة ضعيف

I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff did not speak English. I was told to wait till 11:00 AM to get an English speaking rep. I proceeded to go to my room, mind you there are 4 of us (hubby and 2 kids) and the elevator rattled so badly, I thought we were going to get stuck and never see the light of day again. The rooms are so tiny, with roaches in the bathroom and just a very unpleasant ambiance. I ask that Hotels.com either downgrade this hotel to a 1 star or take it off their list.

الموقع قريب لكن الفندق في مرتفع في الجبل مما أدى لصعوبة في الصعود وتوجد سيارات الجولف لكن لا تتحرك التقليل بعكس الفنادق المجاورة للفندق التي هي في حركة مستمرة في التوصيل من تحت والعكس بالاضافة لوقوع الفندق على شارع مهم مما يصعب على من لديه عربة أطفال او حقايب
ايضا الغرف يضيقه جدا وكذلك دورات الحمام
كذلك النت لا يوجد في الغرف بل في البهو فقط ومتعطل

On the negative side, it is located up a hill, thereby putting strain on one's feet, especially for the elderly. However, shuttle service / golf club cars are available for round trips around the clock.
