整體上都不錯，櫃檯人員也很用心服務，只是有一點點小小缺點就是隔音沒有到很好但不影響，下次有機會還會再安排入住。

Amazing staff and attention to details. The entire staff body was so welcoming and friendly, the live music night duo at the bar (which had great drinks as well) was wonderful and interacted with the guests frequently. They even sang for my boyfriend as they brought out a birthday cake for us (I had informed the hotel the stay was for a birthday celebration for my partner).
Overall, wonderful property with lots to do and memorable team, I will stay here next time I come to Macau.

Just next door to Sands, so there's easy access to the Kotai area via shuttle buses. Also easy to use shuttle buses to the different piers so I can also transit to other casino hotels using other shuttles. Walkable to bus stops to take many different numbers to tourist attractions and heritage sites. Nice area that's quiet at night but it's along the main road, so it's not dangerous or seedy. Appreciate the polite and considerate staff. Mom got injured due to 2 falls (she tripped over the lobby carpet and the blanket) and hotel staff checked in on her, gave us complimentary fruit platter, booked taxi for our transfer to airport, even extended our check out timing for our convenience and comfort. It's a great place to stay! Will surely come back next time we come to Macau! Room is roomy and comfortable. Love the toilet with tub and shower area separated. Beds are also bouncy but firm enough. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Right next to Sands, very convenient, walkable to other casinos and other attractions. The room is good condition as well just not very good sound proof, can hear very clearly if talking

Excellent staff. Very helpful. Special mention to Kevin, Edgar and Ariel. Kevin was very helpful in planning our itinerary including how to go around in the area. 5-star service.
