El personal es básico. Ni amable ni lo amable, equis… el ruido entre cuartos ES MUY FUERTE, se escucha todo. No es un lugar para QUEDARTE a descansar y relajarte DEFINITIVAMENTE , mucho flujo de gente todo el tiempo abriendo y cerrando puertas ruidosas a todas horas, NO OFRECEN AGUA NATURAL, NI UNA BOTELLITA JAMÁS! solo de FILTRO y tiene MUY MAL SABOR. El hotel tiene el potencial y ubicación para ser 5 estrellas, sin embargo parece de 3 . MUCHO POR MEJORAR

Be very careful if you are selecting if you are selecting this hotel friends from expedia! They fool the client with information that they have parking available but valet parking is mandatory! 60 dlls everyday!! And they make installation charges when they are not yet available, and especially Judith the Front Office Manager does not answer emails or answer calls, She is not interested in clients, see her comments in the other publications.
I left my credit card only authorizing charges ONLY for room service (But guess what they didn´t have a restaurant available and nobody told us ) When I checked out I asked if there was anything pending, they told me no, and when I returned I realized they charge me for valet parking, when I never authorized them to use my card for the charges they considered including charges for amenities. The question is which amenities? if all are not yet available
So be very careful, it is a hotel that does not say clearly the total per day, I would not recommend that you go there when there are so many more HONEST options

I purchased everything through Expedia. On check our day I had an extra $640 cost. They charge you a 40$ amenity fee for fitness/pool even though even best westerns have those… not to mention it ended up raining the whole time. They charge 65$ a day for valet and you cannot park in the parking lot with out paying valet. I decided it was worth it to do it until I saw the amenity fee as well post check out. I would have chosen to walk 3/4 blocks each day instead of parking but also didn’t want to leave the rental car on the street (you have to pay for parking there too. No clue how much overnight would be) lastly they charge you a $6.50 parking fee. To park in the parking lot. That you’re already paying 65$ to park in…. Again all of this would have been fine if I had known up front and would have prepared, or I would have stayed somewhere else. Very convenient location for the beach but not worth the extra 640. Again. Would have been fine if I had known ahead of time. Nice place but need to be upfront about the charges.

We'll see what we can do about that. Regarding our parking fee, it is competitive or below others in the area, although we are always happy to inform guests about street parking options.
