I find your review very unfair. The hotel was renovated a few years ago. You booked a hotel room in a very expensive area. Please keep in mind that the cost of everything has gone up, including hotel rooms. We still offer a great value compared to our competitors. We have a lot of repeat customers who come back for our clean guest rooms, free parking, free morning refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and unbeatable location for Universal Studios-only a 3 min walk to the Universal Studios shuttle station.

The hotel was very near universal studios (the porpouse of my trip, but the room is very small comparing to most hotels i have been.

Thank you for your review. We do have six different room types and our largest suite is 550 SFT. The larger rooms do cost a little bit more money. Please keep in mind that you booked a hotel in a very expensive area. We still do our best to provide a great value for our clean rooms with free parking, free morning refreshments and unbeatable location for Universal Studios - only a 3 min walk to Universal Studios shuttle station.

Buen precio y cerca de los estuos universal,los estacionamientos estan muy pequeños eso es incomodo te pueden golpear el carro con facilidad
