La ubicación no es real
Publicado el 19 dic. 2016Nos dieron una dirección en la que estaba ubicada el hotel y no era real. Escaleras peligrosas para niños y ponía dos cañas de matrimonio cuando en realidad era un sofá cama . Barrio muy ruidoso al lado de las vías del tren

THIS IS A SCAM. They announce one address, but at the check in they inform you that you will be staying at a different address, that is not in Kings Cross. When I protested, I was informed that the Kings Cross address is just the address for the add, as if it made any sense. It baffles me that Expedia allows this kind of practice to happen through their website. Stay away from these scammers.

Publicado el 16 nov. 2019 en HotelsL’appartement est situé près de la gare Eurostar mais il faut prendre le métro pour récupérer les clefs. Ce n’est pas pratique du tout si on vient avec des valises. En plus les bureaux n’ouvrent qu’à partir de 15:00 ce qui fait qu’on doit se trimbaler nos bagages toute la journée si on arrive le matin. L’appartement en lui même est propre à l’exception du voilage du salon infesté d’araignées. Je suppose qu’elles venaient du plafond. Heureusement elles sont restées cantonnés aux voilages. Nous n’avons pas trouvé les lits confortables : matelas trop mous. La vue n’était pas terrible différente des photos de présentation. J’imagine qu’il y à plusieurs appartements à louer et qu’ils ont mis en avant leur plus bel appartement...

Bad experience and disappointing

We called the office but the staff did not know everything, very difficult to communicate.The office is so far from actual apartment so we have to pay extra money to go another place to check in and then pay gain to back the hostel and it is time-wasting. The apartment is nice but it is very small. There is a bus stop near the apartment and an underground is 15 minutes from the apartment. There is no famous attractions near the apartment and need to take the tube to reach other attractions.
