Me cobraron algo que no consumi
Dear Sir/Madame, Today I recieved this email and I am very surprised to see that we were charged a meal in the restaurant Carluccio’s on the 21st of October. On the 20th we went to the restaurant with the intention of having lunch. However, they were having problems with the service and we had a 50 minute wait for our meal. When we complained to the manager, he told us that if we were unhappy with the wait we could leave. That kind of answer really surprised us since we were waiting a more professional behaviour from a manager. After this response, we left and let someone at the front desk know about this situation. After this episode, we received ugly stares from the manager everytime he saw us which made our stay kind of uncomfortable. It is disturbing that we were charged for something that we never consumed.
