The 4 flights of steep stair were hard to handle but the view was good. With kids hard that have to pass through main bedroom to bathroom

Uma noite em Lisboa

O apto é arrumado e confortável mas faltou avisar ou eu ver que eram 4 andares de escadas estreitas para subir. Estas informações devem estar bem visíveis no anúncio pois se eu estivesse com muitas malas teria tido problemas. Também sentimos um pouco de frio mas nada de mais. Apto grande, limpinho, camas boas, excelente banheiro

Bien placé mais souci d'isolation thermique

Bonne situation pour cet apartment et aussi assez bien fonctionnel Toutefois l'isolation thermique et phonique sont très moyennes. S'il fait froid il y a juste deuX tous petits radiateurs electriques Si vous êtes au 4 ème Bonjour l'escalier !

Quartier très bien. Appartement très propre. Difficulté de laisser la voiture dans quartier, on a du se promener avec tous nos bagages du stationnement public a l’appartement. Attention, 4 étages et pas d’ascenseur.

Small Apartment not great service.

We arrived from Seville and there was no one to greet us. I had made it clear that we had heavy luggage. We did not receive the code to enter the building or Apartment in time as we had difficulty getting good WIFI. With the help of a local store owner, we reached the office. Someone came over and helped with our luggage. The building had a damp smell and there was no A/C just two small fans. I had previously discussed this by email, that we would return our car to the airport and told them we would need help to get our luggage down and a van the next morning. but the person who finally came over did not know anything about this and it took a few tries to confirm this. They did send over a man to take the luggage down and the Van driver was great, so we got to the airport on time.

Dear Guest, The description of the apartemnt is well stated on the reservation website. We advise our Guests that there is no aircon but airfans, as the remain facilities as well. We have a beg man service that we offer to the upper floors, but it needs to be booked in advance, and you did not book it. As soon as you got the the apartemnt one of our team was there to assist you, even with the bags! As you saw on the departur date, we sent you a driver and the bagman service, as you booked, and everything was fine! Thank you very much for your feedback. Thank you! City Stays Team

Excellent location. Some cautions necessary.

Excellent location and walking distance from many shops and a shopping mall. However, bathroom sharing is a problem as it is located in the master’s bedroom. Those who stayed in the attic room had a problem to use bathroom as we had to go through the master’s bedroom. Access to the attic room is not easy with a ladder and the room ceiling is very low. There is no air conditioner and the apartment was extremely hot in July. Bath tub did not drain very well. Our apartment unit was located on the 4th floor, so carrying luggage using stiff stairs were quite a challenge.

Bien que ce bien soit bien situé, c'était très bruyant la nuit. Aucune réception- dommage! Du coup aucun endroit pour déposer les valises lors de notre dernier jour! Enfin, si mais à 500m et payant!.... pas cool. Personne pour contrôler les lieux le jour du départ ce qui fait que le propriétaire peut dire ce qu'il veut et faire payer ce qu'il veut!!!!! Moins cool.... attends de voir ce qui va se passer pour le paiement!!!

Fantastic view of Lisbon from wrap around balcony

Our stay at the City Stay Chiado Apartments was the highlight of our European trip! Lovely apartment with beautiful view of the city and ocean. 180 degree views from wrap around balcony made this apartment exceptional! Bright, comfortable and quiet while in a fantastic location made our stay exceptional. 9.9/10! One thing should be noted is that there are steep stairs to the 4th floor apartment we stayed at. Great for us as we travel light and carrying luggage to our apartment was not an issue. With no elevators, this may be a problem for anyone with heavy luggage. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful! I highly recommend this apartment!
