We arrived from Seville and there was no one to greet us. I had made it clear that we had heavy luggage. We did not receive the code to enter the building or Apartment in time as we had difficulty getting good WIFI. With the help of a local store owner, we reached the office. Someone came over and helped with our luggage. The building had a damp smell and there was no A/C just two small fans. I had previously discussed this by email, that we would return our car to the airport and told them we would need help to get our luggage down and a van the next morning. but the person who finally came over did not know anything about this and it took a few tries to confirm this. They did send over a man to take the luggage down and the Van driver was great, so we got to the airport on time.

The description of the apartemnt is well stated on the reservation website. We advise our Guests that there is no aircon but airfans, as the remain facilities as well.
We have a beg man service that we offer to the upper floors, but it needs to be booked in advance, and you did not book it.
As soon as you got the the apartemnt one of our team was there to assist you, even with the bags!
As you saw on the departur date, we sent you a driver and the bagman service, as you booked, and everything was fine!
