Comfortable rooms.

Lows: we had the family suite on the ground floor. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. Woke up by the coughing and wheezing of the guests upstairs. Every footstep sounded like it was coming through the ceiling.
Shower. 1975 called, they want it back. No water pressure. Almost impossible to set it to hot.
The rooms are filthy in the places where you can easily see. Under the beds. Under the wardrobes, etc. These are easily moveable as we found out to retrieve an item that rolled under the wardrobe. It came out caked in dust and filth. Do the guests a favour and clean under there once a week.

Lovely scenic hotel
Publicado el 27 dic. 2023 en HotelsLovely location, character hotel. Stayed in family annex just away from main hotel. Nice room and separate room for children. Was nice but would of liked more information at booking that the room was not in the main hotel building, especially as was premium rate.

Poor communication for the spa usage as steam room and sauna are alternated every other day ! To save energy which is rubbish I would of stayed somewhere else if I new

Room we stayed in was a studio which is the separate building the hotel calls the couch house. Small double beed very soft pillows. And we had a room immediately by the in/out door to the building. So was dooor bang quite often. Room clean apart from hair on the bed.
Rest of room very clean. Only one glass tumbler. No wine glasses which we had to go to the main hotel to ask for. Would have been a nice touch if they would of been in the room.
Spa very nice the strem room on one day and the jacuzzi the other day. Not both the same day.
