se prenota una tripla e poi arrivate in quattro sicuramente c'è da pagare qualche cosa e non è sicuro che ci sia posto per la quarta persona (a ferragosto) e non è colpa dell'hotel!

Pros: la tranquillità
Contras: una reception troppo "avara" specie nei consigli su dove e come mangiare, che è una delle cose più richieste, mai scortese ma un po troppo distaccata
Lugar: Posizione non centralissima ma per questo fuori dalla congestione del Centro. Terme facilmente raggiungibili
Struttura tranquilla, a poche decine di minuti dal centro di Sirmione raggiungibile con una facile passeggiata, ben tenuta, colazione ricca e variata. buona pulizia.La Reception, in diverse fasce orarie non è presidiata per cui occorre rivolgersi ad un altro hotel situatao di fronte, non è comodo.

Publicado el 23 sept. 2018Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren groß, das Bad ebenfalls. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren einmal im Partnerhotel beim Abendessen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, nur das Salatbuffet nicht sehr üppig.
Der 'Pool war nur ein Kinderpool, knietief und der Zugang zum See quasi nicht vorhanden. Hier kann man jedoch beides im Partnerhotel auf der anderen Straßenseite nutzen und ist somit nicht als negativ zu werten.
Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch wieder buchen

The lake view is stunning and it is so peaceful to sit right next to the water! The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the old town, which was a huge upside to our stay. The hotel would benefit from a bar with a coffee machine for the evenings- however, La Paul, the hotel adjoined to this one, does have this.

Publicado el 24 jun. 2018Empfang leider Katastrophe. Kaum besetz , die Damen arrogant und keine Hilfe, Informationen und Antworten auf Fragen.
Frühstück jedoch gut und das Personal sehr nett.
Zimmer sehr sauber aber im Bad leider keine Ablagemöglichkeit

Lots of ants without food or drinks at our room
Publicado el 23 may. 2018 en HotelsLots of ants, do not leave food or drinks in your room, lots of dust, old furnitures, For famililys with small children, you can not move the bed to the wall because the night stands are attached to the wall, good breakfast and frienldy straff. But we will never stay at the hotell again.
