I want my refund now. The room was filled with bedbugs.

The room was very dirty with bugs on the floor and stains on the bedding. Only one of the three locks on the door was functioning so I did not feel safe in the rooml. There was no continental breakfast due to COVID.

There was blood in stains in the sheets. Security lock missing. Stains one the chair cushion. Disrespectful manager.

Staff was friendly. But cleanliness was poor, I found traces of blood with a hair stuck to it behind bathroom door (??!!)
