No me gusto pq no entraban a recoger la basura ni cambiaban las toallas. Tampoco me gusto que en la brecepcion no hubiese nadie que hablara español.

In regards to the fire alarm, we apologize for the inconvenience has been caused due to the fire alarm. In any event, we have to treat any fire alarm as a life-threatening situation and have to follow the procedure for guests health and safety.
