Expedia really messed up!

Thanks for allowing me to book a place with locked doors an no front desk!!! Thanks for letting me sleep in my car while in New York a night while I looked for a hotel with service!!! Thanks for having me sit on the phone with you guys for over 5 hrs trying to get a refund for a place I couldn't check in to or call !!! Never again will I use Expedia!!! In this year alone I booked 3 times n was about to book a trip to Mexico!!! Sorry I was loyal but, you failed me and ruined my experience to visit New York!!!

Do not stay here

This is a private person with no ability to contact acting like a hotel. They rip off customers. The apartment supposedly got flooded and we were offered a smaller apartment for the same price. The second one we got had roaches crawling. Do not book with this operator

UPPER WEST SIDE MANHATTAN

Pros: Nothing, It was creepy. As you enter, the floors are cracked, the place is empty no reception area.
Contras: The Management's Honesty, The Building
Lugar: None, you have a long way to go before you even see any tourist attractions. It is miles away from Times Square or Central New York.
Firstly, you will be staying at 48 St Nicholas Place and 47 like advertised. Secondly, many of the pictures on the web page are are completely misleading. There is no reception area, the elevator was filthy, the places smelled of paint, the television did not work. the manager tried to fix it, said she would send someone up and did not. The wi-fi was so slow that two people could not be on it at the same time. We were told by the Manager, Denise, to not throw any tampons in the toilet as a previous guest had done that and it caused the toilet to overflow. (Can you imagine enjoying your holiday there after that).On the site it said 10 people but what they don't tell you is that is has one bathroom and toilet. We called Denise and told her that we wanted to check out the next day and explained all our reasons, she said okay. If Expedia could sent her a cancellation letter, she would refund us in 10 days. 10 Days later she refused to pay and still has not. I have real photo's of what the place looks like, something like an abandoned building. e-mail me if you want to see the pictures. This was the worst accommodation of our entire trip.

I am really upset with the service that I received, I arrived to the hotel one day after my reservation start because of problems in my work and my room was cancel for all week. I need to see the policy about that cancelation or my money back. (Hotels.com reservation confirmation 8040581012259)
