Poor temperature control

綺麗なホテルでした。英語が通じないことがありましたが、スマートフォンの翻訳機能を使われていたので、問題無く話ができました。

Comfortable bed and room.

The stay was ok, on the 10th day stay, they logged me out the system and told me that I need to pay more for the rest of stay. After all the explanations and trips up dawn the elevator, they apologized that was their mistake.
