Please Attention... I had booked an all-inclusive package (the only one available in this app)
but upon arrival, I was informed that only breakfast was included. They explained it was a mistake in the Expedia app and when we called the support they said that we should've checked their website because it's indeed an error in the app. Unfortunately, NO refund was provided. It turned out to be quite an unexpected and frustrating situation.... THE WORST BOOKING WE DID THROUGH THIS APP !!

Very bad experience
Publicado el 3 jul. 2023 en HotelsDirty and chaotic hotel. You cannot sleep. The sound of singing until two o'clock in the morning. I also asked them to open the safety deposit box in the rooms. They did not open it for me. After repeating the request, I could not save my money. I could not go down to the sea. The bathroom is full of water when you use it. Also, the restaurant is a very crowded mess. Outside the hotel, frankly, a very bad experience
