No repetiré jamás!! Solo llegar, me cobraron un precio distinto, luego había reservado para 2 adultos y un niño de 14 años que estaba especificado en Expedia y mi hija no tenía lugar en la habitación, siendo en teoría una suite deluxe jajaja,. Me querían cobrsr 22,50€/día por un plegatín para mi hija, despues de haber pagado 545€ por 3 noches, cuando en expedia eran 479€. No tuvieron bastante que nos retuvieron 900 RMY y al check out nos dijeron que hasta al cabo de 14 días no lo desbloqueaban. Cepillo de la ropa lleno de cabellos negros de algún otro huesped. Albornoces rotos. Spa muy muy pequeño. NUNCA MAS!

Best hotel I’ve ever been

Not even hotels like Atlantis in Dubai have that service and atenttion to the guest.
