La ubicación, parada de autobús afuera, tranquilo, silencioso pero cerca de buenos restaurantes, buena vista, amplias habitaciones, los empleados de limpieza super amables. En la recepción hay una Gabrielle, que persona mas imposible de tratar. Hizo muy desagradable mi estancia y la de otros huéspedes por lo que vi, grosera. No entiendo que hace en atención al publico, Evitenla! Pero todos los trainees eran super amables y disponibles.

Publicado el 28 ago. 2019 en HotelsNo hablan español en la recepción y no hacen ningún esfuerzo para hablar otro idioma que no sea en inglés. Son amables, pero se les dice con claridad lo que quieres y no hacen ni caso, ellos van a su bola, tanto en el hotel como en los restaurantes del hotel (donde por cierto son muy lentos y no por falta de personal, si no por falta de efectividad). El hotel al estar frente al mar tiene una bonitas vistas y se puede bañar uno sin necesidad de ir a la playa que hay próxima, que está como un hormiguero. Pensábamos ir al Intercontinental hotel pero no es nada recomendable, está en medio de toda la movida y el ruido nocturno.

We are fortunate to have a multicultural team and it is a pity that you could not interact with any Spanish speakers during the dates of your stay. La zona para bañarse directamente al mar es fantastica, parece que vas en barco, aunque podrían darle un toque mas moderno

May we advise you for future that although that are no water dispensers around the Hotel, the Minibar in the room is stocked with still and sparkling water for personal use.
