There is a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite with views over the mountains and Girona's Cathedral, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a desk, and 1 kids room with a bunkbed with a shared second bathroom on the first level. Outside you will find a large garden with above ground swimming pool with lounge area. The garden has different seating areas with lots of different lighting to enjoy a summer night, there is a large outdoor patio with dining and barbecue area and seating area on the front of the house, as well as a ping-pon table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine with a dining area with kids high chair and there is a big living area with sliding doors to the garden and pool area. There is a laundry with dryer and washing machine and wifi is installed throughout the whole property. There is free parking at the end of the street and one indoor garage for 1 car and space for many bikes.

The house is situated in a quiet area and is perfect for families or cyclists; professional teams from around the world do their training here.

The centre of Girona is less than 10 minutes walking away, and here you will find many bars, restaurants, shopping areas and cultural interest, such as a large cathedral and several museums. The medieval centre is beautifully preserved and is great for strolling around to explore all the little cobblestoned streets and alleys.
