The ladies locker room was incredibly dirty!! There was trash on the ground and it seemed like no one maintained the area.
The staff were all helpful.

This does not come anywhere close to the high standards we usually adhere to, and we have already begun taking actions to remedy the problem.

The concierge Bruce was amazing. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. My husband and I spent our anniversary here for the second year in a row and we will continue to visit on special occasions. Our dinner at the Marc was delicious and the staff was so amazing!
