Nos hospedamos en el octavo piso. Está totalmente fuera de época y abandonado. Me sorprende que un hoteal de la categoría de un Ibis se haya dejado deteriorar tanto. Hay partes que se remídelas, lamentablemente, mi piso no. Por otro lado, desayuno muy completo y excelente

I paid for 24 hours parking and I received a charge in my credit card and a traffic violation.
I paid with cash and send the recipt but they didn't retired the charging and traffic violation.
I hope you guys help me with this issue.
