La ubicación y lo cómodo de los colchones. Muy buena estancia. Si vuelvo a Florencia elegiré el mismo hotel.

The pictures on the website are not comparable to the actual staff of the hotel. Hotel is old and not clean. The wallpaper is falling from the walls. The location is excellent and the staff was very good.

So easy. The location is great. Rooms are simple but comfortable. They held our bags after check-out so we could continue to explore without luggage. Everything you need to enjoy the city with ease.

Amazing location. 2 minute walk to bus and tram stations and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Staff was great room was cute with view of streets below. They provide a map and you are able to book tours with front desk. Parts of hotel are still under renovation but nonetheless, great place to stay for the money.

Clean big room but air conditioning did absolutely nothing in the room... was veryyyy warm!!!
