Two things, the room smelled like it was old, but everything was very clean and tidy, and what I disliked the most was that they didn't answer whatsup because I had problems entering the property. They didn't answer my WhatsApp because I had questions about the code, I was outside for 40 minutes with my suitcases waiting, then when we were able to enter, as there was no information about the Wi-Fi inside the room, I tried to communicate again by WhatsApp and nothing, it was the next day that I left the room to the office, which was closed, and I saw that on a little card there was the Wi-Fi information. For someone arriving on a vacation trip, it was very frustrating.

Muy familiar comodo y a una cuadra del gran Duomo fantastico buena atencion y desayuno.

La ubicación increíble
El tamaños de la habitación y su limpieza, También las facilidades de uso del espacio comun

Great Spot in Central Florence

For future reference and Guests reading the review, We just correct that we are a “Guest House” and not a “B&B” because we do not serve breakfast or other meals. Included with the “room-only” (with private bathroom each room) formula we offer the shared use of our fully equipped kitchen and lunch/dinner area.

Perfect location in Florence
Publicado el 25 jul. 2021 en HotelsI had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and excellent location right in the city center. Most places of interest are within walking distance. The hosts were really welcoming and kindly offered information to move around in the city. Single bed was comfortable but being used to a double- sized bed, I found it a bit too narrow. I would stay here again, though!

Grazie per la Sua recensione. Come sottolineato da Lei, alloggiando in pieno centro durante il periodo delle Festività Natalizie può esserci un pò più di rumore ma tutte le camere sono dotate di vetro camera ad alto abbattimento acustico. Speriamo di averla nuovamente come Nostro Ospite. A presto!
