Super location for a great apartment! Roomy, homey and spacious for 6 adults. We spent a lot of time on the terrace. The third bathroom is very small but functional. convenient to food store and restaurants. Walking to the center of Florence is an easy walk. Communications with owners was very easy. We highly recommend this home for a vacation in Florence.
Our group of 3 couples stayed here for 4 nights in September 2018. Prior to our trip Antonio was responsive to all of questions and met us at the apartment on our arrival. We really liked the location on the south side of the Arno in a residential area with some very nice restaurants within a block of the apartment. The apartment is a very short walk to center of Florence which is just across the Arno. The pictures fairly represent the apartment. The AC worked well in each and the terrace was very nice. The master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bath down the hall. The bathroom for the 3rd bedroom, with 2 twin beds, is pretty small, but functional. The decor makes you feel like you are staying at your Italian grandmother's house, in a good kinda way. The french press was really appreciated. For a group of 3 couples, this really was the perfect location to explore Florence. I also really appreciated Antonio's promptness in refunding our damage deposit the day after we left.
Cristina & Antonio met us on arrival, a wonderful and very helpful couple. The location was was very close to all Florence has to offer but in a quiet neighborhood. The decoration of the apartment was very clean and tasteful and all amenities functioned properly, we took full advantage of the the laundry room on our long trip.The five of us were very comfortable in the large apartment and although we only spent 4 days we would have been comfortable there for a month. Many thanks for sharing such a great apartment with us, it was everyone's favorite lodging on our 3 week tour of Europe.
