Están terribles las instalaciones, la alfombra pegajosa, el lugar oliendo a cigarro, el baño atascado, nada recomendable!!!

Su ubicación,esta frente al mar.No me gusto la Limpieza,en curate que le toco a mi hija habia muchas cucarachas,fue en la 208.

Lamento profundamente la decepción que sintió con su estadía con nosotros. Hemos tomado en cuenta su queja y queríamos informarle que actualmente estamos trabajando para mejorar las condiciones del hotel, para que pueda tener una estadía placentera si alguna vez insiste en quedarse con nosotros nuevamente.

Pésimo
Publicado el 9 feb. 2023 en HotelsSolo destaco la ubicación y la atención de una de las recepcionistas . El resto pésimo . Sucio , mala atención, cucarachas en habitación, moho. En recepción recibí insultos literalmente (Fuck you) gritos y falta de respeto del recepcionista mayor por pedir q me cambien la llave q no funcionaba y no entenderle bien el idioma , una locura. Malos momentos ahí adentro .

Desde la llegada al hotel el recepcionista tuvo un trato racista ,la habitación súper sucia con cucarachas y moho en el baño ,definitivamente espantoso

El primer recepcionista era un incompetente en cuanto servicio al cliente respecta,pero después vino un chico que sí nos ayudó y nos trató muy bien,el precio del lugar está perfecto considerando que estás en Beach Boulevard justo en frente del mar
