No tienen noción del servicio, reciben tanta gente que descuidaron el servicio, tuvimos cena en el No u y fue una experiencia terrible, tienes que pedir 3 veces cada cosa que quieres, en los bares nos corrian de muy mala forma y no iyefes llevarte tu vaso, es un hotel!, nada de ganas de volver

Staying at this hotel is a dream come true, the attention of the staff, the immensity of this hotel, the number of restaurants, they have so many things to do inside the hotel, the cleaning people, the service is incomparable, they make you feel like you could return to royalty
