Since more than 6 years, I used to stay in this hoyel when I visit Qatar, but service is being poor, durin 3 days they did not clean the room, also there was leak in the bathroom, they dis not repair despite to my continuos calls and even reporting in the front desk personaly. But they remembee to charge me few hours late checkout.

A very important issue in this hotel, the bathroom floor is tiled with the same tiles as wall tiles, glossy and extremely slipery. It is not a matter of confort, it is a matter of security, the floor become wet after a shower so it becomes slipery.

This is the third time I stay in this property. Ghis time was disappointed. Room noisy and not enough clean. Near the kitchen so food smell starts since early morning. Check-in very slow, over 15 minutes,, despite he found inmediatly reservation, after paying the full amount of my stay. He was checking, and checking, and checking.
