Great Space
Publicado el 9 oct. 2019 en HomeAwayPerfect space for our group of a couple and 2 other adults. Roof is great. Garage is nice. Area within 3 blocks or so kind of rough, but easy enough walk to Larimer or downtime.

Great place to stay!
Publicado el 4 ago. 2019 en HomeAwayWe were 6 friends who went to Denver to enjoy a baseball game and night life. Loft is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the rooftop deck. Walking distance to Coors field and plenty of restaurants and bars. Check in process was easy and Brent was great. All 6 guests were greatly impressed and enjoyed the stay here.

Excellent artists' loft

The manager was great about communicating with us and got us started with waters and such. The place was really great and comfortable for everyone.

Great Location and Amenities

It is within a short ride to many local breweries, great breakfast spots, other restaurants and all the professional sports arenas. The unit itself is modern, spacious and equipped with everything you could need and even with a few items in the event you forgot something. Brent is a great host who communicates clearly and makes himself available when you need otherwise the place feels like your own. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Loft/Condo!
Publicado el 12 feb. 2019 en HomeAwayWe stayed here for a conference in downtown Denver. Perfect place to stay if you have to do anything downtown. Short Uber ride to the convention center and restaurants. The house was well stocked and Brent was so easy to communicate with for our stay. The home itself is beautiful and so comfortable, so much room in this place you never feel like you're on top of each other. The outdoor patio area was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day. It even has a garage to use if you drive. We will definitely be back and use this place again.

Best VRBO Stay I've Had
Publicado el 5 may. 2018 en HomeAwayThis place was as good as it gets. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The loft was well stocked and well equipped. Everything was top quality. We will be sure to stay here again when we come back to the Denver area.
