This house was an amazing experience for me and my friends. The villa is really well located, you can go to the beach in a couple minutes and its pretty near from supermarkets by car. The swimming pool of the villa was its selling point that for us and It didn't disappoint. Perfect water, all well taken care of and very clean. We had plenty of towels and sheets and also gifts from the owner. Definitely, we would repeat again, no doubt.

Great facilities, spacious villa over 4 floors. Private pool and garden. Great for relaxation and touring nearby Andalusia. Ideally need a car but we relied on local taxis for short trips as only short stay

Our stay at the villa was the rest we really needed. It was so spacious and clean and had everything we needed so we could all find a space to relax. The welcome hamper was such a treat. The garden and pool was amazing for the kids! The host and her local contact were communicative and friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to come back!

Large property in extensive grounds in good location

We had a fabulous week in this most perfect villa with everything we could possibly require. The communication is excellent with Nikki providing good information beforehand and making sure we settled in - even though we arrived late at night with sat nav failing Stephanie drove to find us and led us to the villa. The absolutely enormous pool is the main selling point of this villa - it was crystal clear and well maintained. We did visit the community pool which is a similar size, but it was a little murky and full of other people so having a huge pool to yourself with more than enough sunbeds is special. The grounds are also large and well looked after and such was the privacy and quietness of the area we felt as if we were the only people around! We found lemons and limes that had fallen from the trees in the grounds to use in our drinks. We actually liked it that the villa is older/more traditional. There were lots of options available on where to eat with the roof terrace offering amazing views at breakfast or various tables indoors or near the pool with the fridge/freezer an added bonus. The kitchen has everything you could need and there were plentiful towels for us use. The beds are very soft and comfortable for up to 6 people. We found the showers were fine to use with enough hot water for the family and you have a very spacious living area that can accommodate everyone and enough entertainment for the kids and adults. The villa is traditional also in security with bars on all the doors and windows that is not that pretty, but at least you know your possessions are safe! Out and about there is a beach 10mins walk, but there are better ones further along the coast. Though relatively quiet this is obviously an area popular with tourists and holiday home owners and English is spoken everywhere. We didn't go too far, but there are some great places to visit further afield. We had lunch at the village in the hills and also ate out at the local harbour - both were okay. There is a small local park and small five-a-side pitch that my boys liked, but it is usually too hot to spend too much time there. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this villa immensely. For our family this was perfect.

We usually fly into Malaga and turn left, so this was our first trip down this coast and what a delight. A short drive south of Estepona, the villa was easy to find and was a complete home from home. It's an older property and it wouldn't describe itself as luxuriuous, but it's none the worse for that. There was everything we wanted for a two week stay, during which we did very little except laze around and in the huge pool (you can really swim lengths in this one!) and soak up the sun in any of several sun traps this property has to offer. There's even a fridge/freezer outside near the pool - handy for G&T's on the terrace! We cooked most of our meals ourselves in the very well equipped kitchen, with produce from the easily accessible local shops. If we weren't venturing out, once the sun had gone down, there was a variety of TV channels to choose from and a good wi-fi signal for internet too. And it was just a short walk, or car ride if you're feeling especially lazy, to a long and practically deserted sandy beach. We drove out for the day to Casares and Ronda but that's about as energetic as we got! Considering it's not far from the main road, we were amazed how quiet it was, sitting in the gardens watching birds swoop low over the pool! Returning home to Yorkshire, the temperature drop was more than 10 degrees...I think it won't be long before we're heading back! Graham H

Nikki has a great villa a real home from home. An older villa which has real character with a large pool in a lovely private garden and is very peaceful. All amenities are a short drive away so what more could you want.

We spent our holidays in this nice villa at the end of October 2018. Our overall opinion is very good. Good communication with Nikki, the owner, who supplied us with clear and useful information. The communication with and the reception by Antonio was very good as well. Antonio kept the swimming pool clean on a regular basis without any disturbance. The swimming pool is huge, we really enjoyed it, even at the end of October! Quiet neighborhood, great area, very central for us regarding our travel program. In short we had a great time and we’ll definitely like to come back again.
