Property was convenient to our needs , except we where without hot water for 3 mornings. On the 1st morning I mentioned this to the desk , they acknowledged and said they had no other complaints and brushed it off ,as a one off. The second morning I, mentioned it again and they where apologised for inconvenience as other people where complaining. The following morning I left early and rang bell to let them know I was leaving, they told me someone would always be around, no response. I didn’t make it a big issue as in the afternoon / evening the hotwater was on. Luckily I took the opportunity. Not once did they inform me of any hot water issues , or say can we offer a complementary dinner.
