Found Bed Bugs in my room, hotel staff was extremely rude, ask me to leave the premises, because they said, that was their “protocol”, Not an apology, Not offer to change rooms. Terrible experience with the front desk staff, they were worst than the realization of the bug infestation. Racist and rude.

Reasonable rates, clean rooms, breakfast was ok (not great) and close to hospital.
