Nightmarish check in experience.
The apartment was very nice, neat and clean but we had a very bad experience at check-in. Our flight was landing at 10am so I requested for an early check in. Host emailed me earliest they could check in was at 1pm but if we do come early we can come at one of the address (there office) and leave luggage. We reached around 11 am at that address (2.5 km from the apartment). To my shock, nobody was there and office was locked. I am from US and my phone will not work as well and there was nobody around. I was really scared standing on street in a new country with my wife and 2 kids. We just went to a restaurant across the street to grab some lunch. We ordered some food and asked the people working at the restaurant if I can use the phone. When we called first at the number given nobody picked up the phone. After few minutes when we called again, we were able to get hold of someone and one of the server was able to converse in the local language. The server gave me the number and asked me to chat with this guy at Whatsapp. The server was kind enough to give me access to internet and I was able to get on whatsapp. So the host from Sweet Inn asked me where I was and he can send his driver to pick me up, He did send his driver to pick us up and he took us to the apartment where we were supposed to stay but asked me for 15 Euros (checked on Uber it should be 5 Euros). The guy just left us in front of the apartment with still nobody there. Finally someone came in 10 minutes.
