Piso nuevo y completo muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Los anfitriones encantadores y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable.

3 of us stayed for 3 nights. This is the perfect apartment for 2 or 3 people and it has all the amenities for a long stay. It is also in the perfect location: 2 streets from the cathedral of Bordeaux, 3 streets from the famous pedestrian shopping street, only a 10-minute walk to the Place de la Bourse and the Triangle d’Or and you are surrounded by wonderful restaurants. You can walk to all the important site easily. Laurence et Eddie were excellent hosts and met us our first morning to find out our interests, show us where everything is on the city map (provided by them) and to make sure we were comfortable. They also met us the day of our departure to share stories and make sure all was well. They are funny and wonderful and kind. We would love to stay in this apartment when we return to Bordeaux.

Good location for city sight seeing. Didn't like the split floor plan with the bedroom upstairs. It was confined and hot.

I stopped here with my wife for a couple of days. The apartment is very clean, modern yet quaint and has all the facilities that you require. The location is great at the rear of the town hall and close to the main shopping streets. The owners are very helpful and very friendly. If and when I return to Bordeaux I will definitely try to book the apartment again.

Joli appartement très accueillant et très bien situé à Bordeaux

Overall we had an enjoyable time at this apartment. It is very well situated near to the cathedral, shops and trams and is reasonably well equipped. The bed is comfortable and there is good storage space. The bathroom is small but the shower is excellent. People should be aware that it is on the second floor and there is also a staircase to the bedroom - both sets of stairs are fairly steep. This was no problem for us but could be for others. Eddie carried our luggage up and down and he and Laurent were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only real issue we had was that the apartment got rather hot and as there is no air conditioning we had to have the windows open. There was a fan but it broke - Eddie kindly supplied a replacement straight away but unfortunately it was too noisy to use at night. On one night in particular the need to have the windows open was a problem as the bar underneath the apartment was noisy until after 2am. We have checked the facilities listed for the apartment on the owners direct site, and it does actually say there is air conditioning - having said that it also says there is a fitness room so perhaps the list of facilities has not been correctly updated? Lack of air conditioning would not have bothered us, if it had not been for the noise outside and if you were staying in the really hot time of the year we imagine it could be very stuffy. However, it is a very pleasant apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Laurent and Eddie could not have been more amiable.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento 3 notti, dal 17 al 20 aprile. Ci sono talmente tanti aspetti positivi che non so da dove iniziare! Già via mail i proprietari erano stati gentilissimi nel fornirci indicazioni su come arrivare dall'aeroporto alla casa. Ad attenderci c'era, puntualissimo e sorridente, Eddie, che ci ha aiutato a portare su i bagagli e ci ha mostrato con cura l'appartamento. Ci ha formito anche una mappa della città e delle guide turistiche dei paesi vicino Bordeaux (abbiamo usufruito di quella di Arcachon) e ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare e a comprare il pane e fare la spesa (c'è una piccola galleria commerciale a due passi con dentro un supermercato Monoprix, oppure il centro commerciale Meriadeck a 5 minuti nemmeno, sempre aperto con dentro un ottimo Auchan). Non sono mai stata accolta così gentilmente da un proprietario!!! L'appartamento per di più, è formidabile. Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo, fornito di qualunque cosa e spazioso (noi eravamo due). Molto bella la camera sul soppalco e la splendida vista sulla cattedrale di Sant Andrea. Oltre a essere bellissimo, ovviamente è in pieno centro e ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi (tranne che per andare alla cité du vin, ma il tram percorre il lungofiume quindi il panorama è piacevole), anche se presso l'appartamento ci sono 2 fermate del tram tra cui scegliere, che coprono 2 delle 3 linee. Bordeaux è una città meravigliosa e godibilissima per le sue stradine e i suoi anfratti, e dalla casa di Laurence ed Eddie, si può godere di tutto. Al check out abbiamo conosciuto anche Laurence, con la quale abbiamo scambiato due chiacchiere e anche riso un po'! Per la prima volta da quando viaggio (e ormai un po' di giri li ho fatti...) non ho neanche un appunto da fare. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento (e anche gli altri appartamenti centrali di Laurence ed Eddie devono essere Altrettanto formidabili!!) e consiglio Bordeaux e i suoi dintorni. jolie l'appartement, propre mais ideal pour 1 person pour 2 person trop juste.

L'appartement est refait à neuf, pratique et très bien situé. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil très chaleureux, de bons conseils . Laurence est disponible, serviable. Nous sommes en tout point ravis de ce séjour!
