Me gusto todo limpio y bonito lo malo que al principio la de front desk no fue muy hamable pero depsuea gue muy bien

The front desk staff is great and that’s about it. Very old and run down, never had any maid service all 5 nights. Also This hotel is very creepy feeling, in hind sight I wish I had listened to my gut instinct after the first night and left.I didn’t get 1 night of full sleep .

Publicado el 6 sept. 2022 en HotelsThis hotel needs work! There are no signs so we weren't sure we were in the right place. The elevator was dirty, the hallway to our room was run down. Some of the room numbers were just paper taped to the wall. Ours was written in sharpy on the wall paper. Our room door was stuck and we couldn't get in. They front desk attendant said it was an issue with the lock being installed upside down or the door itself was swollen. The balcony door had no lock, it had a coat hanger wire to wrap it shut. We did not stay. The front attendant was very nice and helpful and that was the only good thing about this hotel!

The staff is amazing especially (STACY) but it could be a better stay, elevator broke down once there is a power outrage, I thought someone would get the rooms cleaned for the duration there. We had to do that for ourselves for a 4 days stay.

Dreadful and noisey.

Lots of things broken or out of service (pool, gym) or dirty (dining area, corridors) but the worst aspect was that there are a series of rundown nightclubs across the street who were partying into the middle of the night. It was extremely loud and when I asked to move rooms I was told they were sold out (a complete lie as it was a Sunday night and the parking lot was 25% full). The noise never ended and there were people running up and down the hall yelling after midnight as well. It’s junk. I don’t write hotel reviews but spare yourself as this is the noisiest hotel ever.
