This is a private apartment and is part of a larger community. We at Viewpoint Enterprises are required by the managerial staff to have each guest acknowledge the rules/policies for the private community. These community rules and policies, are to be adhered to at all times during your stay.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Your apartment uses a keyless entry system. Instead of using a key, you'll use a unique code for the on the front door to unlock the apartment. Please keep an eye out for a separate message from us with that code. This message will arrive between 3 PM and 4pm on the day of arrival.
