the best thing about this hotel; chef. He creates incredible miracles. The taste and presentation of the dishes is excellent, indistinguishable from a work of art. We stayed in the plunge pool room number 203, but I do not know if it is only in our room or if it is in all rooms. there was a sewer smell from the bathroom and the bathroom is 1.5 m2 or something. They should definitely intervene in this matter. It doesn't suit a hotel of this class. Apart from that, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was misrepresented as having a pool and a spa by Ebookers when neither were true. We had to pay to upgrade to have access to a room with a private pool which was ultimately unusable due to the water temperature.
Most frustratingly the customer service from the senior management team were simply appalling. Rather than discuss our concerns, they accused us of lying and used intimidating language/tone. 5 star service this is not. I would expect and have experienced better service in a Premier Inn!
In addition to the misleading advertising of the hotel, the hotel provided crib collapsed during the night with our infant son asleep inside it. Fortunately he didn’t suffer injury but again the hotel staff seemed entirely unconcerned about their failing. In addition to this, the hotel had set up the crib beneath a loose blind cord which further highlighted a clear lack of regard for infant safety.
The food was generally very good but the menu was relatively repetitive after the first couple of meals. Beware if you’re not comfortable around dogs that wild dogs roam the restaurant area during meal times. The Maitre D’ was probably one of the few members of staff who actually provided the level of service you would expect for a 5* hotel.
Stay elsewhere!

If you did not want to use the private pool because as you said it was cold you should not had asked for an upgrade to a room with private pool. We discussed this numerous times with your husband and yourself and this is shown from previous real-time review that you sent and our reply on this. In this previous review of yours two days before you wrote about our friendly staff and now you wrote exactly the opposite. You also extended your stay with us showing that you enjoy the hotel. Your attitude changed when we told you that we will not give you a discount just because you threaten us with a bad review. If you are looking for free services this is not the place to be. Concerning the crib it is CE certified for durability and safety and as soon as you told us about the incident we replaced it immediately although you said we were unconcerned. In this hotel we welcome people who want to relax, enjoy our luxurious facilities and excellent beach not people who are looking for reasons to try to get free services and discounts. This property is not the right fit for this kind of attitude.

Grds. liegt das Resort an einem tollen Strand und ist auch schön eingerichtet.
Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen.
Nicht gefallen hat uns:
- Service im Restaurant: das Filet hatten wir medium, aber es kam well done. Und das hat der Ober mehrfach von sich gewiesen. Irgendwann eingesehen und es kam medium, aber danach war er quasi beleidigt. Der Chef müsste ich uns im weiteren bedienen. Insgesamt ist das Restaurant sehr teuer.
- Küchenausstattung: Töpfe und Pfannen, aber auch Salatschüssel & Co muss man extra anfordern. Es gibt dann die große Show und die Sachen werden extra gebracht. Übrigens ausschließlich IKEA, wie auch die Küche selbst.

We are glad ou enjoyed our marvellous beach and our luxurious decoration.
We are sorry to hear that you got a well done instead of a medium one. We replace it immediately and you told us that you enjoyed it. We have one of the best chefs and restaurants in Greece with handmade porcelain and delicious, local and seasonal fresh food. The prices our menus is available online so you could see them before your arrival. There is basic kitchen equipment in your kitchen like kettle, glassware, cutlery, dishes, coffee, kitchen towels, fridge, oven, dishwasher etc. If you would like more kitchen equipment we could send you upon your request. It would be nice to let us know what extra you would like. The kitchens of the villas are not IKEA. There are handmade wood from local wood makers.
