The apartment is located in a very popular area of the Côte d'Azur, known for its magnificent beaches, lively atmosphere and cosmopolitan ambience.
The picturesque district of Vieil Antibes, famous for its narrow, winding streets, old buildings with colorful facades, shady squares and numerous restaurants, cafés and boutiques, is less than 10 minutes away by car.
The neighborhood is bordered by the Mediterranean, offering easy access to the sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Côte d'Azur.
Nearby tourist attractions include the famous Provencal market, the Picasso Museum, the Fort Carré and the Port Vauban, one of Europe's largest marinas.

## Transit

Antibes has a well-developed bus network linking Le Vieil Antibes to other parts of the city, as well as to nearby destinations such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The Juan-les-Pins train station is also a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
Due to the compact layout of the neighborhood, getting around on foot or by bike is often the most convenient and enjoyable way. Many visitors enjoy strolling along the ramparts of the old town or along the seafront.
