We lost the reservation because of COVID-19. We have not been given any refund or coupon to redeem.

We were informed by EXPEDIA that they had been in touch with you to clear this misunderstanding.
At Motel One Amsterdam Waterlooplein we do not take any payments before arrival.
Additionally we waived all cancellation fees for bookings that were cancelled due to COVID-19, therefore you were not charged for your reservation.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you at our hotel on another occasion.
