El hotel está muy bien, excelente decoración, instalaciones nuevas, limpieza y buena comida. Totalmente recomendable.

Front desk staff needs attention. Clear discrepancies among staff. Some are good others are terrible

I was really impressed by this lovely hotel and their staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
We especially liked the staff at breakfast Rami and Ziad and their team. Thank you
