El hotel muy bueno, lástima el wifi, imposible conectarse, hasta me tuvieron q cambiar de habitación x la señal

Aparte de las instalaciones comidas habitaciones que son de 10 lo mejor es el equipo humano maravillosos todos volveremos

Fantástico hotel de lujo
Publicado el 5 nov. 2018 en HotelsHabitación maravillosa y amplia. Comida muy buena. Me gustaría que el horario del spa fuese más amplio (10-18 h) y que el zumo de naranja del desayuno fuese natural.

Disappointing - cheap fittings , not a family room

2. Staff : helpful and friendly
3. Zafiro junior suite: inappropriate for family, bathroom exposed, lack of privacy , slippery floor, uncomfortable sofa bed; made cheaply while increasing the price
4. Food : good, but restaurants were closed so full or half board not worth it
5. Pools - never used; indoor pool only for adults so if its raining, no swimming
6. Entertainment : poor - audio visual and not live entertainment
7. Kids club - poor ; we watched the cookig club ; did not look engaging at all
8. Probably a 3 or 4 star, not 5 star ; much work to do zafiro

First of all, we would like to thank you for staying at the Zafiro Palace Alcudia and for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your stay in Expedia.
We highly appreciate your opinion on our hotel and services.
It is such a pleasure to hear that our staff made a great impression on you, helpful and friendly and that you really liked the location, however, I am very disappointed to hear that it was not to your satisfaction. Regarding the type of category, If we had known that you were not happy with this room, we would have helped you to change into another one.
On the other hand, you are correct in saying the restaurants were limited, as we were not in peak season. We calculate our opening restaurants with the numbers of guests on site and open as much as we can. In high seasson we open everyday most of them.
About the pools, we offer4 off them heated, two indoors and two outdoor. Exclusive for adults: Oasis Pool (outside) and the wellness one (inside); for families 1 outside (With Balinese on the water) and one indoors as well, next to the bar.
Concerning the entertainment, as we are a family hotel we try to satisfy the needs of everyone.
We would love to have the chance of being able to welcome you here and be able to fulfill your expectations.

Hotel de gran calidad pero a pesar de ser un hotel 5 estrellas con algunos peros. Por ejemplo zona de spa sin vestuarios y piscina con el agua helada. En todo el bufete del desayuno fue imposible encontrar alguna pieza de
Bolleria ( llámese croasan o ensaimada, magdalena. Etc.) por lo demás hotel espectacular en sus zonas de piscina y jardines y muy tranquilo

Muchas gracias por alojarse en Zafiro Palace Alcudia y por sus positivos cometarios sobre el hotel en general, lamento sin embargo sus comentarios sobre la temperatura de nuestra piscina Spa y sobre la falta de bolleria en el desayuno buffet. Sus comentarios han sido compartidos con nuestro equipo de cocina y personal de mantenimiento pues son muy importantes para poder mejorar nuestro servicio día a día.
Esperamos poder volver a darle la bienvenida en el Zafiro Palace Alcudia.
