Publicado el 2 ene. 2016Hotel well located, warm and friendly staff and a great breakfast, rooms were well appointed clean and warm, I have stayed here before and would go back again. What better recommendation, it's not a five star but it's a very near 4

Pros: staff bar restaurant
Contras: no leaks on the roof, no birds sqwaking
Lugar: nothing near
Would have been better but woken up at 4am by thousands of seagulls

Pros: Food
Contras: Room and shower, also reception staff
Lugar: Not a very nice area, not happy to wonder round
We had an executive room, clean and tidy but no room to move. No where to put your luggage. Table space once you put keys and coffee facilities has gone. Shower lacks pressure, it was a tiny room. Food at night and breakfast was fantastic. Just the room size lets it down

Pros: The staff was so helpful in the hotel and associated restaurant and pub.
Contras: It rained all the time
Lugar: One block from downtown and two blocks from the bus station.
The staff was very helpful. At one point I asked where I could find a pub that served Scottish eggs. The lady at the front desk told me that pubs no longer served Scottish eggs but there was a butchers shop near by that sold them and she would have the kitchen cook them for me. Wow, what service, and they were excellent. The room fee included breakfast and is was better than the one I paid 10 GBP for the next day at the Marriott in Edenburugh.
