I cannot say enough about this beautiful apartment and the lovely, personalized service provided by the owners. We needed to stay in West London for a family party in July and since our two sons are in their 20s we were looking at booking two hotel rooms for a five-day stay. Our CityWest Serviced Apartment was SO much better than a hotel as we also had a lovely brand-new living room/kitchen area with a large screen TV and wonderful cable/internet service. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Everything is brand new and beyond spotless. The photos on this site show how lovely it is and we were not disappointed. It is EXACTLY as pictured and the owners have thought of every detail – a bowl of fresh fruit, orange juice and milk in the fridge, coffee and tea in lovely containers, an iron and ironing board, fans in every room (we were there during a heatwave!) — as well as a book to help you with appliances (washer/dryer) and the tv/cable/internet access. The owners are just incredibly nice people — they met us there and showed us around, recommending the best places to get groceries, how to get around, best places to eat, etc. They also responded (both before, during, and after) within minutes to any questions we had. There was onsite parking with a gated entry (with a fob for entry and exit) and since we had to drive while we were there it was so helpful to not have to worry about finding street parking. Our family members kept coming by to hang out with us because we had the best place to gather before going to the larger party. It was a seven-minute walk to the tube. There was a nice shopping area near there as well. We went to several lovely restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall, I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. We have rented through HomeAway/VRBO all over the world and this is one of the very nicest places we have ever stayed. this was not an apartment. it was only a bedsit and not a very good one at that. an apartment should have a seperate sitting area. this was just a double bed and a chair in one room with a kitchenette area. the bed was very uncomfortable and was up against one wall which had the electric wall sockets right next to the bed. stayed as a couple.…
