Will stay again for sure!
We lived in Sacramento for years and came home ot visit family over the holidays. The Grand is in such a great location for us, the service was fantasitc, they gave us a super clean room with a great view of the midtown. Our stay for 9 nights was wonderful. The front desk was awesome as we traveled on the red eye from Hawaii, they saw that we were tired and got us checked in quickly. Morgans Resturaunt was nice as well, we would go for dinner and order appitizeers and split them, I recommend the Mac and Cheese! There are many great resturaunts near by. I took my wife to see the Nutcracker Ballet at the Sac Community Center which is about 100 yards from the hotel, as well as the Imax theatre and K street mall. Very conveinent. We will stay here again when we come back to my hometown in the future. Many Mahalos to the Sheraton Grand

Rude to dog owners
The hyatt is better however The Sheraton is the only hotel that allows pets. However, if you have a pet DO NOT tell them before they give you the room key. We made this mistake and were moved to an extremely noisy floor where I guess they stuff people who they suspect will be troublemakers. Spent half of the trip listening tos creaming babies and kids running up and down the hall playing until we demanded a new room. We’ve stayed at this hotel about 6 times now. Room quality is average. Room service varies between excellent and terrible, huge variance depending on who is cooking.

pet friendly
Terrific hotel, centrally located and great staff. As we were travelling with our dog, the fact it is pet friendly means we will stay there very time we stop in Sacramento.
