Best hotel! near Dulles airport!
I was attending a seminar in a hotel right next to the Dulles Airport, but decided to stay at the Marriott Worldgate, which is near the airport even though the prices were the same. I am glad I did! The Marriott at Worldgate is far superior.

Extremely Satisfied
Highly recommended. The accommodations met my satisfaction. The Hotel was decorated beautifully. I enjoyed the restaurant inside the hotel and the surrounding area. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The Hop on Hop off bus was my greatest joy.

Great to save some bucks
We stayed here at the tail end of our trip that started in Maine and wandered around to view the fall in New England. I’ve stayed here in the past when spending some time in DC, and although it isn’t as close as possible, and thus takes a little time to actually get to the city, it is about 1/4 the cost and extremely comfortable. The beds are truly extremely comfortable, the suites are a good size, the staff was as helpful as could be and the grocery store 1/2 block away was good for stocking up on some travel food for the trip home and some reasonably priced wine. A cab to DC does set you back $60 - but the shuttle to the airport is free, from there it is pretty simple to catch a bus for $3.00 and not that long a ride.
