Noisy and irritating
The location is great, but the room is very noisy. If you have a room overlooking the obelisk, you will have a great view, but not get much sleep. The air conditioning did not seem to work, requiring that the window be open and making the room even noisier. The room was tiny. The toilet was so cramped I thought I was on a charter sailboat. The porcelain in the tub was cracked. I asked about a late check out and was given at quote that was reasonable in pesos. When I paid the next day, I discovered the quoted dollars for their half-day rate in dollars and was nearly four times more than I thought. What a sour note to end the trip on.

Onlything good its the location
I arrived at the hotel around 3pm there was nobody checking in but me and I was "greeted" by the only person at front desk, a woman that apparently didn’t know how to smile. She was not rude but not nice in any way. She gave my my room and there I went.. The room was terrible. Very small (one queen size bed) and extremely run down. The linens were smelly the curtains in very bad condition and don’t get me started with the bathroom! The floor was so filthy the sink and bathtub stained. The doors to the smelly closet were also chipped. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it’s great and convenient location if you are there for leisure. It is right on Av 9 de de Julio and two block away from Florida. The day I did checkout things were as rude as the first day, even worse, there was only one guy at the front desk and lot of people trying to check out. I would not reccommend this hotel at all. It is old, dirty and very run down.

Veramente centrale
Comodo perche’ molto centrale, a cento metri dall’ obelisco, e attaccato alla zona pedonale. La camera dove ho alloggiato, all’ undicesimo piano, in angolo, grazie alle molte finestre offriva una vista spettacolare sulla piazza dell’ obelisco.
