Gutes Hotel für einen Rom-Trip
Hotel ist ca. 15 min mit der Metro entfernt, was aber durch die gute Verbindung (ca. alle 5 Min. kein Poblem ist). Frühstück und Service waren klasse!

Never Again
Customer service at this hotel is a joke. They will pretend to be nice to you until its time to check out. This is when they surprise you with the unexpected. Basically, they showed us that they dont care at all about their guests or their welfare. The hotel is not close to any attractions so you have to use the hotel shuttle or the subway. I suggest using the subway because it is fast and will take you to most attractions.

Very nice, but out of the way.
The Sheraton Roma Hotel and Conference Center was a very nice and friendly hotel. Each staff member ensured that my stay was pleasant, from the check-in counter to the lounge. I was really comfortable in this hotel and it was only about 20-25 minutes from the airport. The one thing I did not like about the hotel was the distance from the city. Although there was a shuttle that took hotel customers to the city, sometimes they were not very convenient and the hotel is about 30 minutes from the city. The breakfast, which was included with the room, was fabulous. After eating breakfast at the hotel, there was no need for lunch. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again. Thanks
