Don’t Stay
River Park Hotel & Suites was probably beautiful in its early days. It is now very outdated and it cruddy condition; that’s if you can even find it as it is BEHIND the Hyatt and if you do not turn into the driveway as it comes up, the two way street turns into a one way street right after the entrance. The desk staff had a sign on the desk that the building has no heat. Usually in Miami that isn’t a big deal, but in the middle of winter when the temps are in the 40’s that is an issue. As for the rooms. Ugh. They appeared clean, but there were water stains running down the wall, as well as water damage in the shower ceiling. The beds were the single mattress/box spring kind. Not very comfortable at all. Thankfully we were only staying overnight and had to leave early in the morning. As for the restaurant, we were told it was "broken."

location to cruise ships ideal, hotel is not
No early check ins- get out as quick as possible, service was really bad, had to wait 2hrs to get a room, had trouble finding my pre-paid reservation, don’t even think about eating breakfast there, didn’t have enough linens in a 2 bed room for just 2 people, beds were hard as rock and room was just barely clean only plus is location to cruise ships, it’s a hop skip and a jump

Hôtel River Park & Suites à Miami :
Hôtel plutôt confortable mais qualité de service très mauvaise : - navette pour aller à l’aéroport plus chère qu’un simple taxi - ascenseurs en panne (ma chambre était au 14ème) - petit déjeuner très sommaire - nettoyage des chambres plus que sommaire (pas de passage d’aspirateur) - moindre service payant - internet marche mal
