Salisbury NYC 2Blocks vom Central Park entfernt
Lage, Sauberkeit, Größe des Zimmers und dazu der Preis ist für NYC mehr als gut. Im Hotel kann auch das angebotene Frühstücksbuffett zu einem akzeptablen Preis in Anspruch genommen werden.

2nd Visit in 2 years - excellent
Last year, we booked a suite, which was excellent for the 3 of us, this year, just 2 of us, so booked a standard room with 2 doubles, again excellent, even down to the fridge, microwave, coffe maker. Bathroom was a bath which I prefer, I cannot fault the hotel, it is an old hotel, but has its own charactor and uniqueness, staff were great, breakfast room and breakfast are a good start to day, cereal, fruit, eggs, waffles, all you could want. location fantastic, 2 blocks from Central Park, 10 minute stroll to Times Square, passing Radio City, Rockerfellow Centre, on the way. The 27 dollar metro card is great, trains and buses, the trains are an ideal way to get all over New York, 2 Subways on both corners of 57th St. Walk the Brooklyn Bridge, Sub to City Hall, I rang the Hotel 2 weeks before arriving, they arranged a car to pick up and return to the airport, all so smooth which makes for a brill holiday. New York and The Salisbury are Magic, and something everyone should do. We have booked with Expedia for the last 4 years, and will continue to use them, everything is effortless. Thank you for another magical week.

Roomy rooms and great staff at the Salisbury; can’t beat the location either!
Although it’s age is evident, the Salisbury hotel makes you feel like you’re visiting NYC in a different era--and that’s not bad. I could see Carnegie Hall from my room and that was the reason for my visit. It was nice to be able to walk to both Central Park and Times Square.
