Good value, decent hotel, location good for some
The hotel is nice but interiors are a bit dated. Location is a little far from the typical tourist zones, but manageable. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance, and a small shopping mall with cinemas across the street. We opted for one of the rooms with VIP lounge access, which was really nothing. In the room there is an old syle tube tv, and internet is only via an ethernet cable which is not provided in the room. Overall, the room was a good value, but next time I’d probably try somewhere else.

Understated elegance and unobstrusive good service
At arrival, registration took a very short time. People was extermely polite. The tower room and bathroom was very good in size for european standards. It was well clean and smelled good. Bed was hard, pillows and towels not luxurious enough for the hotel. The cleaning staff provided additional towels when requested. It seems that they are aware when you leave your room to have it clean (even when it was just a couple of hours). The breakfast buffet was well presented and very good. Food in the restaurant was also very good, but too pricey (extremely pricey). Staff service was corteous and always eager to provide assistance when in need. Pool water temperature cold for my taste, but I live in the caribean. Spa very quiet and extremely clean. Common areas were quiet with staff from the distance looking if you needed help. In overral understated elegance and unobstrusive good service from a well priced and quiet hotel.
If you like to visit museums and exhibitions must adquire the Lisboa Card. The card allows unlimited access to public transportation (buses, metro, suburban city lines) and a myriad of atractions. Is a must. Go to residential neigborhoods to experience the real Portuguese food (also cost less). During my stay museums were free on Sundays and locals go to have coffee and see the various exhibitions. Also visiting the museums and exhibitions in the morning or inmediatelly after lunch allows you to better enjoy the visit to same with less people.

très bel hotel au service impeccable
Très bel hotel avec des chambres luxueuses, un espace piscine spa très agréable. Service irréprochable. Acces à un espace VIP pour certaines chambres très appréciable. Vue bien dégagée sur le tage
Ne pas hésiter à demander la vue sur le tage et une chambre en hauteur. Quand ils le peuvent ils surclassent avec plaisir. Seul bémol, petit déjeuner cher et pas fantastique.
