Nice Health Club
This hotel is clean and well kept. They have a wonderful health club which is used by city residents and the hotel guests. It has 3 pools including a kiddie pool which was really nice for our daughter. The room was very nice and we will stay here again. Drawbacks include parking fee (make sure you get a pass that charges $20/day from the hotel and not on each entry/exit) and also they don’t have a good restaurant onsite...but there are plenty great places to eat within walking distance.

Beautiful Hotel
I searched expedia.com and the hotel’s website thoroughly for check-in time, but since I found no information about it I assumed we could check in whenever we arrived. We arrived in Baltimore shortly after 1pm and were dismayed to find we could not check in until 3. Also, the hotel should advertise which parking garage they use, because the garage is located on a side street behind the hotel and is not well advertised. We stayed in the King Suite, which was very clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. Now that we know where everything is and the procedures of the hotel, we would definately book here again.

Not what you think it is
The hotel was not what we expected. Kiddie pool was really just a 3-4 foot pool. Children were not allowed to swim in any of the other pools. Room service was terrible. Food was over cooked and cold. Hotel room appliances all very noisey making it difficult to sleep. Everything is shared between two hotels...complimentary breakfast means fighting for a bagel. Parking was outrageous. No where to park to check in. Overall not what we expected
